Urvashi Dholakia is an Indian Film & Television personality who is best known for her appearances in the Hindi films, Reality shows & television serials. She is working in the entertainment industry sice the age of 6, when she first appeared in a television commercial for ‘Lux’ soap. As a child artist, she acted in a starer Izzat (1991), in a television series ‘Waqt Ki Raftaar’. She was only 15 when she played the role of the girlfriend of ‘’ in popular comedy series ‘’ (1993). She became popular as the series progressed. In the coming years she became a big name in the television industry with serials such as ‘’ (2000), ‘Ghar ek mandir’ (2000), ‘Kabhi Sautan Kabhi Saheli’ (2001), Kasauti Zindagi Kay’ (2001), ‘’ (2002) & ‘Kahin to Hoga’ (2003) just to name a few. She has a very long list of accomplishments with some of the most production houses of the television. Her most notable recent appearance was in season 6, in which she took part as a contestant and came out as a winner of the show. She made appearances in popular TV reality shows like ‘Sach Ka Saamna’ (2009) and a few seasons of ‘Comedy Circus’. She is considered among a few artists who have worked with every TV channel and almost all prominent production houses in the entertainment field. Her role of ‘Komolika’ in ‘Kasauti…’ is still fresh in the minds of TV watchers. She has never doubted her ability to play any kind of roles, whether they are positive, negative or of any other kind. She was very young when she started and she is still young when she is busy taking her career to new & unseen heights. She is a mother of two and she lives in Mumbai with her family.
