Dr. Sonali Sachdev is an Indian actress and has performed stunningly on the small screen for the past 10 years. She was born in Mumbai. She is known for her great performance in released in 2007. She played the role of a strict teacher and performed the character perfectly. Being an Actress she is also a qualified Dentist. After she completed her Doctorate she decided to become an Actress, which was her dream.

She has done 8 movies till now. Her first movie was Wishes in 2009 and the first serial she worked in was Baa Bahoo Aur Baby in 2005. She is well known for her character as a gynecologist in the serial. Her paternal side is from Gujarat so she is very fond of Gujrati cuisine. She is married to Hemant Sachdev.

She was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Sonali is a Gujarati by birth. She is a well-educated woman and a dentist by profession. Later on, she decided to live and relish her dream as well as the passion of becoming an actress. She is married to Hemant Sachdev.
Sonali entered the film industry in 2009. Her debut film was “Wishes”. Then she went on to act in many other films like “Aamras: The Sweet Taste of Friendship” (a 2009 film as Mrs. Sehgal), “” (where she played the role of a doctor), “Mere Dost Picture Abhi Baki Hai” (a 2012 flick), “Taare Zameen Par” (released in 2007, where she played a school teacher), “” (a 2014 supernatural thriller movie, where she played ), etc.

Sachdev is a fantastic television actress as well. Her enthralling act as Dr. Shilpa Thakkar (a gynaecologist) in the blockbuster TV series “Baa Bahoo Aur Baby” earned her many praises and acclamations. This show aired on Star Plus from 2005 to 2010 and was very well received by its viewers. Some of her other shows include “” (2009-2010), “Sanskar-Dharohar Apnon Ki” (as Parul Karsan Vaishnav). Sonali had the nomination for the Best Actress in a Supporting Role category at the Indian Telly Award (2013) for her performance in “Sanskar”.
