Pooja Sampath is an experienced actress, filmmaker, screenwriter, and creative consultant with a demonstrated history of working in films and visual mediums. Sampath studied at Sophia High School in 2004 and then proceeded to Mount Carmel College, earning her Bachelor of Arts in psychology, Economics, and Sociology in 2011. She began her career as a volunteer as a district Rotaract secretary from 2011 to 2012. She got into acting, playing minor roles and executive producer at CenterStage Studios in Bangalore from 2011 to 2016.
She did some freelance work with many studios before becoming a director at Disney+ Hotstar in 2018. She became the founder – filmmaker, and producer of Monstrepreneur from 2017 to 2020. Sampath also became a writer and director at Notary before becoming the executive producer at The Moving Visuals Co. from September 2021 to December 2022. She is the founder and filmmaker of Boochi Productions.
