Minal plays the role of Baa in the famous on-going serial, Sasuraal Simar Ka, which has crossed over 1400 episodes till date and is still running. It is the story of two sisters, Roli, and Simar who marry brothers and how the sisters handle the family by tackling all the situations. Her role of Baa has turned negative these days, and it has grabbed a lot of limelight. Initially, Minal stated that her role was seen to be very positive and kind, but now it shows that her character is cunning and is a mastermind of a lot of evil deeds. She also said that playing a negative role is a different high for her. And she loved to play a negative character after 35 years of her life.
