Anusha Hedge, an Indian actress, born and brought up in Mangalore, is a treat to watch in Kannada and Telugu television. She never intended to be an actress and was preparing to be an IPS officer. But look how today her destiny and situations have turned, today she makes her fans go crazy. Her story is truly inspiring. Just by keeping her fans updated over social media, she got a call for auditions from one of the directors of Kannada shows. She is a perfect example of ‘Beauty with Brains’. From taking coaching for a year to playing the role of Deepika in her debut soap ‘Radha Ramana,' the actress is loved by her fans globally.

Like any fresher in the industry, Anusha also faced problems and confessed that her first few days on the sets had been terrible, and she failed at everything. However, it was her sheer determination and practice, which made her fit for the role. Even after being scolded by the director, she did not lose hope, and her persistent efforts soon made her a household name.

Apart from being a talented actress, she is a classical dancer and has completed her MA in Bharatanatyam. Anusha gives credit to her family and friends for encouraging her to give her a shot for auditions and mentions that she was afraid to attend it because she did not belong to an acting background.

After she gained popularity in Kannada shows, there was no going back for her. Later, she got a call for ‘Ninne Pelladatha,' a Telugu television show where she played the role of Mansi. The Telugu actress became a household name, and currently, she is playing the role of a boy named “Surya” in ‘Suryakantham’ on Zee Telugu.

The fans of the television actress soon want her to get married to her co-actor Prathap from the show ‘Ninne Pelladatha.' They plan to tie the knot next year. The fans are sure that the wedding will be nothing but dreamy and perfect for them.

Anusha’s zeal and enthusiasm to work hard made her learn to fit into difficult roles, and she has been proud of them too. When she played the role of villain in her first debut, she faced a lot of criticism and hate as she performed the role of a villain; however she took the criticism in a very optimistic manner and impressed her fans with her beauty and acting skills. It was directed by Sadhasivam Perumal. She plays the role of Eshwari in this serial. She also appears in a television program, “Natchathira Kondattam,” which focuses on television actor celebrating a festival by participating in games and showing their dancing and acting skills in a cultural program.
