Sameer Arora, a veteran actor, was born and brought up in Mumbai and pursued his education thereby. Sameer Arora completed his schooling in St. Paul’s high school and his graduation in commerce. He is also a trained Dancer apart from being fluent in languages like Hindi, English, Tamil, Urdu, Punjabi, and Spanish. He has been active in modeling since his college days and continued it after completing his education.
The esteemed actor had passion towards acting since the age of 12 .He ran away from his home to pursue his passion because his parents were not supportive regarding his decision to pursue acting. Discovering his urge towards acting passion to be exhibited in the film industry, the efficient actor started his career by attending auditions and began modeling for his first ever print ad for brand ‘Siyarams’ which later end up gaining more commercials and short films as well.
His first short film debut was Trust (2011) and stepped into the film industry by playing a small role for the movie Aisha starring
Sonam Kapoor and Abhay Deol. The actor also worked as an assistant director in films like Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela, and
Bajirao Mastani which were directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
His experience as a director gave Sameer much exposure to filmmaking which helped to hone his acting skills, Gaining confidence by working with reputed directors, he was provided an opportunity to play a lead in Zee TV show
