Rehaan Roy

Born on 15th April 1988 in Mumbai into a Brahmin family, the 30year old RehaanKapoor Roy finished his schooling years at Hooghly Collegiate School, in West Bengal, and then moved back to his place of birth, Mumbai, to graduate from HR College of Commerce and Economics in 2013. He has the fiery spirit of his star sign, Aries, and had already assimilated a ton of fans before he started working in Indian T.V. shows, mainly through his profession as an onstage model. He walked the ramp for tons of fashion designers before his big breakthrough in the film industry in the year 2010 where he landed the acclaimed role of “Ishaan”  in a Bengali version of ‘SasuralGendaPhool’, which was known as Ogo Bodhu Sundori His next works followed similar such roles where he also worked in Amanush which again was a Bengali film. Though he had only a supporting role in this soap opera, he performed it elegantly. But what made Rehaan famous throughout the country was his leading role in the Star Plus soap opera, ‘ SajdaTerePyaar Mein’ which was a Ravi Ojha production. Rehaan played the character of ‘ Rishi’, a drug addict who falls in love with the female protagonist of the show, Aaliya. Although the concept of the show was pretty different from what we see these days, the show was shut down due to low TRP ratings after 6 months. This did not slow down Rehaan’s pace and he was seen in Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Gumrah’ on Channel V. Also an episode of Savdhaan India was offered to Rehaan which he gladly accepted. He did an episode of ‘Emotional Atyachaar’ on Bindass TV. Seems the channel developed a liking for him as now he is a part of ‘PyaarKa the End’ on Bindass T.V. He loved Armani, watches, and Shreya Ghoshal, enjoys traveling and is currently unmarried.
