Raj Jodhan

Raj Jodhan, a Punjab originated actor and assistant director. He was born on 30th October in Ferozpur, Punjab. He was born to an army subedar in the Indian army, who is now a retired music teacher and a home-maker and a part-time theatre artist. Due to the regular transfer of his father he received schooling from different places like Ahemdabad, Halwara, Meerut, Assam, and Ludhiana. After his schooling, he did a diploma in Hotel Management Course from “Certificate in Hospitality Kitchen Management” in Noida. He went on to do a job in the “Howard Plaza” in Agra.

Before his career started he had already worked in different many hotels and restaurants as a chef. Since his youthful days, he had a great attraction towards cinema and the world of movies. His grandfather used to narrate to him his cinematic tales, one of which was that Raj’s grandfather got an offer to act in a movie whose shooting was conducted in a nearby village, but he was unable to attend. Inspired by these stories, Raj’s love and passion for movies grew stronger; he started bunking classes to watch the latest movies and shows.

He was fully entangled with his idea of going to the “City of Spotlights—Mumbai” but due to other personal problems he was engaged in other odd jobs before starting his career as an actor. Then, one day, Jodhan got the opportunity to help Jassi Sangha in finding an appropriate location for the shooting of his video, in his village, which gave him a chance to get featured in the video as well. In a way, it was a debut for Raj and his glorious career had just begun. Then he continued doing short films and music videos with her team.

After a considerable point he reached a point when he was ready to shift to Mumbai. In Mumbai, he worked for many serials in various channels and movies as an assistant director like “Jamraud,” “Saade Aale,” “Pro Kabaddi,” and many more. He did not stop there but carried on with his career as an actor in movies like “Himtaan,” “Pyaar Na Kari,” “ Bullet Click to look into! >> Read More... ,” and so on. He was the writer and director of a short video titled “Khwahish.”
