Karan Parab was a professional cricketer before he made his debut in Marathi films. He was a very good cricketer and his record speaks that. He has played for the state and was also rumored to be selected for the national BCCI camp soon but he left cricket before that. He is actually from Dubai and did his engineering from a college in Pune. Here along with engineering, he joined an acting school and trained himself for three years. After all these, he made his debut in Marathi films and his debut film was also a debut film for his director. The director of the movie also made his first film and was later very successful in it just like Karan.
