Karishma Kotak is an Indian TV presenter, British Indian model and actress born on May 26th 1982 in London. she completed her schooling from a and perseud Bachelor of Arts degree in advertising and marketing. She enrolled a course in teaching as she wanted to become a teacher but destiny had some other plans for her.

She started her modelling career at the age of 16 and worked for Just Seventeen magazine. She did many fashion shows and campaigns in UK. She walked the ramp for London Fashion Week in 2004. She worked as a presenter for UK TV show The Karisma Show which was based on entertainment, movie and lifestyle.

she moved to India in 2005, after few months she got selected for Kingfisher Calender by and it was shot in Australia. After that she did many ad campaigns for skin and beauty products.She worked for many brands like Pond’s, Dove, Saffola, Titan Xylus, Tanishq, Diesel and Wella Hair Color. She did Relaxo Footwear ad with Bollywood superstar and Idea cellular ad with Abhishek Bacchan. she made her acting debut in 2007 from the Telugu movie Shankar Dada Zindabad opposite to Chiranjeev. After that she made her Bollywood debut in 2010 from the movie Season’s Greetings.

She appeared in many magazines as a cover girl like Vogue, FHM, Asian Women, Maxim, OK, Snoop, Hello and Elle. In 2006 she walked the ramp for Lakme Fashion Week.In 2012 she took a part in Colors’s TV popular reality show Big Boss season 7. she took a voluntary exit from Big Boss because of her father’s death but after few weeks she came back to the show again.

In 2013 she got selected as Brand ambassador of the event The Park Hotel Vishakhapatnam which was organised by Kingfisher Ultra. She appeared in TV show Spa Diaries as a presenter. In April 2013 she presented Extra Innings IPL 6.
