Anshuman Mukherjee

Anshuman Mukherjee is a well-known name in the world of music. He is an Indian Music Composer, Music Director, Lyricist, Sound Supervisor, and Music Manager. Anshuman completed his education at the University of Delhi, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He is best known for serving as Music Director for the 2020 Hindi non-film album Jane Kyon Log Mohabbat. His work as Music Director also entails projects like Collar Bomb (2021), Comedy Couple (2020), 200 Halla Ho, Chaman Bahar and Kuchh Bheege Alfaaz. As a composer, Anshuman has contributed to “Bahut Hua Samaan (2020). His passion for music goes beyond direction. He has also contributed as a lyricist in Comedy Couple (2020).

Anshuman began as a copywriter. He started his professional journey in 2008, serving as a copywriter at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide for ten months. During his tenure, he handled big brands like Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Mirinda, Slice, FritoLay Aliva, Iodex, Sony Bravia, and Sony Cybershot. Continuing his professional journey, the passionate musician showcased his copywriting skills at Marching Ants Pvt. Ltd. He served as a Senior Copywriter for more than a year at the firm and ideated campaign pitches for various brands. Stepping foot at TV commercials, it was in July 2011 when Anshuman served as a Creative Supervisor at Bates. He worked for six years and handled all products under the Colgate Umbrella. He was skilled in ad-film and music video production right from scripting to post-production.

2017 was a great year for the artist. It was from August 2017 to August 2022 when Anshuman served as Creative head at Saregama India Ltd., Music Head at Saregama Originals, Music Head at Saregama Indie and Creative Head for projects like DJ Bhediya. The budding artist set foot in the industry and promised never to look back. A testament to it is his position of Music Manager at Prime Video & Amazon Studios. He joined the huge company in September 2022. The artist works at Prime Video & Amazon Studios.
