His mother was a lecturer in Mukherjee Seminary and his father was a manager in Punjab National Bank. Aishwarya Majmudar is a singer from Ahmedabad, Gujrat. She was born on 5th October 1993 in Gujarat. At the age of 15 she won the singing reality show ‘Amul Star Voice of India Chhote Ustaad’ in 2008 and became famous. She also participated in a show as a part of Himesh Reshamiya’s team in ‘Music Ka Maha Muqabala’. She did numerous Gujarati tracks and of late she sang for 4 Hindi Films. She was also seen in ‘Antakshari- The Great Challenge’. Majumdar’s parents were also vocalists and she started vocal training at the age of three in Hindustani classical music from Smt Monika Shah. She participated in Zee TV Saregamapa when she was just seven years old. At the age of 11 she did her very first solo performance in Nagpur and had many solo concerts across India and aboard as well, including Eastern African countries, United States of America and Europe. She was also selected in Indian Idol 5 but the judges eliminated her. Her first individual album was ‘Aishwarya’, which also contained Gujarati ceremonial tracks. After this album, she recorded many solo albums, such as ‘Saat Suro Na Sarname’, ‘Swarabhishek’, ‘Paalav’, ‘Videshini’ and many more. In 2003 she sang her very first playback song in a Gujarati film ‘Ghar Maru Mandir’. In 2008 she charted a leitmotif song “Asmani Rang Hoon” for a Hindi TV drama named Dill Mill Gayye. In 2011, her first Bollywood song was released which she sang in the film ‘Hari Puttar'. Majmudar has hosted many shows such as ‘Mummy Ke Super Stars’ for Star TV and ‘Nach Baliye 4’ for 2 weeks. She was also requested by the New York’s Indian municipal to croon American National Anthem.


Akriti Kakkar

     ‘Akriti Kakkar’ was born on August 7, 1986. She is a popular Indian singer who had sung many peppy numbers. The most prominent numbers are 'Saturday Saturday' song in the movie 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania' and 'Iski Uski', in the movie '2 States'. In Zee Bangla, she had been a judge for the show, 'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa: Li’l Champs'. She released her solo music album via Sony Music India in April 2010. As of now, she had sung 33 songs in Bollywood.      Apart from this, Akriti also sang a song in Marathi and Bengali which were exquisite numbers. She was supposed to make a wild card entry to the dance show namely 'Jhalak Dikhla Jaa'. But unfortunately she had met with an accident. So this stopped her from doing rehearsals and she could make it. One of her batchmates is also a Bollywood playback singer namely Harshdeep Kaur. Akriti has two twin sisters namely Sukriti and Prakriti Kakkar. She is a Delhi based girl but then moved to Mumbai, and pursued singing as her career. Mumbai has been her home since 2005. She had learned Hindustani music at the age of 5 wherein her musical voyage began. Her musical Guru is ‘Late Shri Byomkesh Banerjee’.      She was fortunate to be a part of the 'Little Stars' show at her age of 9. She got moulded by the incredile learnings from the judges ‘Kalyanji–Anandji. Akriti's album 'Akriti' which was composed by the Maestro Shankar Mahadevan had bagged the “Best Non Film Popular Album” award in the GIMA awards. The best part of Akriti is that she took an oath to spread the love, inspiration and peace through her aesthetic music.
