Vijay Shetty has been associated with a well-known Production house that is Fireworks Production house. He has showcased his talent in various shows like C.I.D, Shapath and Aahat as a producer under whose supervision everything is carried out. For his debut project, he has chosen a Marathi film named ‘Andya Cha Funda.’ It is a story of best friend forever kind of person who is of nearly 12 years in their age. He supposed the child actors to be the best ones for this kind of role as he considers that friendship can be found in the purest form only in kids. It was the main core and basic reason for selecting two-child artists best suited for such roles so that true friendship can be shown in its purest form in the screen.

He has chosen Marathi as a language for his debut film just because of that he thought that this feeling can be narrated in a true sense only through that language because he believes that Marathi cinema is known for its good and different content based films. And as filmmaking was his passion, he could give up anything just to convert that passion into profession. He had a dream to once make a movie and he thanks god that he is fortunate enough to make such a film that people would love to watch. His great works includes Andya Cha Funda (2017), The Perfect Girl (2015) and Than Than Gopal (2015).
