Saurabh M. Vanzara

Saurabh M. Vanzara is a Hindi TV Producer. He was a creative head in Sony LIV for almost 7 and a half years. He worked on various shows like Heena, Saaya, Hum Sab Ek Hai, Aahat, Bhanwar, Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin and Devi as a Creative Director of Sony Entertainment Television. Vanzara has completed a Diploma course in Cinema (Film direction specialisation) from FTII (Film and Television Institute of India), Pune. In 1991, he produced and directed, also played a role of story writer and screenplay writer, in a short film ‘With Little Rhyme’ and ‘No Reason’, as a director, which later won 6 critical honors at 13 international film festivals, including Oberhausen Film Festival helds in Germany. As an assistant director, he has also worked on two Hindi films and one Canadian film Between July 2000 to October 2001, he was appointed as a creative head feature film producer, with SET Pictures, a subsidiary of SET India.

Later in November 2000, he moved back to television as the creative supervisor. In 2015, Vanzara, as a producer, was all set with his first show on television. His company Soda Water Films, was ready to bring its 15-part document-drama series, Lootere: Bandits of British India on Epic TV. At Sony Entertainment Television, he has also directed various in-house projects like short fiction films, multi camera coverages of live events and studio-based shows, documentaries and various stand-alone programes.
