Sahir Sethi is an Indian filmmaker residing in Mumbai. The filmmaker is prominent for his short film ‘Zoya.’ In 2016, 'Zoya' won the Academy of Television Arts and Science College Television Award, the Holly Shorts Film Festival, and the Palm Springs International Short Fest for Best Drama Award. 'Zoya' is an inspirational movie about wildlife conservation written by Sahir Sethi himself. The story conveys a message about finding hope despite despair. Sahir is a recipient of the AMPAS Fellowship and the Alfred P Sloan Award. In addition to qualifying for international festivals, his short films have won several prestigious awards, such as Student Emmys.
