Raina S Joshi formerly known as Urvashi Sharma is an Indian actress, producer, and model and she has acted in some of Bollywood movies. Born in Delhi India, she started her career through various commercials and music videos. She did modeling campaigns for beauty brands like Ponds, and Garnier, jewelry brand like TBZ, Kit-Kat and many more. One of her first videos was for the song Saiyyan dil me ana re which was never aired anywhere.

She appeared in the music videos of some famous artists like Mika Singh's Something Something (2006) and Pakistani singer Atif Aslam's Doorie (2006). She made her debut in Bollywood with Akshaye Khanna and Bobby Deol starrer thriller Naqaab in 2007. She played the role of Sophia D'Costa Oberoi. For her role in Naqaab, she got nominated for the Filmfare Best Debut Female. After that, she went on to do a Telugu movie Three (2008) portraying the character of Nisha.

In Baabarr (2009), she played the part of Ziya and further in Akshay Kumar starrer Khatta Meetha (2010) she depicted the part of Sachin Tichkule’s (protagonist) sister. Afterward, in the same year, she made a guest appearance in Priyadarshan's multi starrer Aakrosh. After two years she acted in Chakradhaar as Madira which was her last appearance on silver screen till date. She has also co-produced along with her husband Aishwrya Rai Bachchan starrer Jazbaa (2015).

Other movies produced by her include Jackpot (2013) and Mumbai Mirror (2013). In February 2012 she married Sachiin Joshi who is an Indian actor, producer, and businessman who has appeared in many Bollywood and Telugu movies. After getting married, she decided to leave her acting career and embarked on a new journey of helping her husband in his business.

On 21st January 2014, she became a mother to their daughter who was named Samaira and later she gave birth to another girl Parinishta. She has also taken over the NGO Big Brother Foundation to work specifically for empowering women and the upliftment of the poor homeless kids. It is a not for profit organization. Raina now balances both her home and business efficiently.

She has said in an interview that she changed her name after marriage for the culture and traditions. In addition to movies, she has made an appearance on television as well. In reality TV show Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 1 (2008) she was a participant as well as a finalist. In 2016 she played the leading character on the TV show Amma.
