Neeraj Churi, the founder of Lotus Visual Production, is an Indian producer based in the United Kingdom. Through the Kashish film festival, organized every year, Neeraj who belongs to the community himself, gives a couple of QDrishti Film Grant awards to ambitious queer filmmakers to help them achieve milestones in the industry.Neeraj is a postgraduate from the New York Film Academy and holds his degrees in Information Science Management.

He has worked significantly in managing complex projects for top-tier financial institutions in the past. Through his productions, Churi intent to bring stories of South Asian queer experiences to the screen. He has also done many projects for OTT platforms.
