Manwinder Singh was an associate producer of the movie ' Second Hand Husband.' There were four more associate producers such as Iqbal Singh. Palwinder Singh, Gurvinder Singh, and Mayank Gupta. The film was directed by Smeep Kang. The film had music by Badshah, Jatinder Shah, Dr. Zeus. It starred Dharmendra, Gippy Grewal, Tina Ahuja, Geeta Basra, Sanjay Mishra, Vijay Raaz, Ravi Kishan, Mukesh Tiwari in prominent roles.

Basically, the film’s executive producer was Amolak Singh Gakhal, who is an entrepreneur by profession. This film was a debut movie as a film producer for Gakhal, Having begun his career and partnered with Amolak Singh Gakhal, he has endured the occasional setback, as the film created a lot of hype because of the title of the film, and even for Gippy Grewal making his Bollywood debut. Also, Dharmendra too was seen as energetic in the movie as he used to be in his past days.

It is true he wanted a new kind of variety of movie for cine goers, and its franchise was too important. His deal returns with the movie 'Second Hand Husband' was just average and, that means that he had good luck here in Bollywood. Being a Punjabi and close to Dharmendra, the producer Manwinder Singh, could have financed much more movies of Deol family, but it is not very openly known to us.

Manwinder could be a longtime member of Sunny Deol's film company too, and being a Punjabi guy, he had never had an issue in producing any movies of Dharmendra. Govinda's daughter Tina Ahuja was also launched by the film. In one word, the film 'Second Hand Husband' was a kind of quirky cinema with a lot of laughers. In other words, the film was a reunion of homegrown (Punjabi) stars with Bollywood actors in lead roles.
