Pranav Kumar Singh is an Indian politician who joined the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly from Uttarakhand. His birth name is Kunwar Pranav Singh who was born on April 6, 1966. He had a promising career as a politician. Apart from serving as member of ULA he also served as a cabinet rank official under Chief Ministers N. D. Tiwari, Harish Rawat & Vijay Bahuguna. Pranav was a part of the Indian National Congress from the year 2007-2016. In 2016, he made the decision to join Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
He started his political career contesting from Uttarakhand district Khanpur at the 2012 legislative assembly election as a candidate of INC. Later in 2016, he quit the party to join BJP when he was disqualified as a legislator. Pranav is married to Devyani Singh, who is also a politician. She stood in 2021 election, but was unable to come first in it. The couple share a kid named Divye Pratap Singh. As far as Pranav’s education qualification goes then he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from R.D. and D.J. College Munger Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University.
