She was devoted to Bhangra since childhood. By 14, she had become proficient in keyboard, dhol, and dholki drums. Music has been a field of interest since her childhood. She loved performing with her father, and regularly attended gigs, which sharpened her musical skills. She has been serving nonstop since 1993. In 1999, she started her bhangra drumming classes, named Eternal Taal, which means Everlasting Beats. These weekly classes were a huge success for her as they attracted many students from all over the Midlands to performance groups.

Parv taught the performance of bhangra, and its technical aspects, along with enlightening the young minds with the history and background of bhangra. She became the first female dhol drummer in the UK andalso the one to have established her band. She has been continuously playing and teaching dhol and male-dominated bhangra for 30 years and is still teaching. Her Eternal Taal team has performed at the biggest stage Glastonbury festival five times. They have also showcased their talent on various platforms like House of Common 2010, Lord Mayor’s Diwali on Trafalgar Square, Children in Need, Olympic torch relay,BBC with Dermot O’Leary Dance-A-thon, ICC cricket India vs Pakistan, Bend it like Beckham West end musical opening and many more.

For the global recognition of her work, she was awarded ‘Contribution to UK Bhangra’ in 2010 by the House of Commons. She has also been nominated for ‘Young Entrepreneur of the Year’ at the Institute of Asian Businesses and Best in Arts and Culture’ by Asian Women in achievement awards and the British India Awards. Her interview with the BBC news channel, where she showcased her musical journey, went viral. She is a true youth aspiration and a blessing to the female community, promoting bhangra and our culture at international levels.
