Rupesh Verma

Rupesh Verma is an Indian music Director who is well-known for his work as a vocalist in South Indian movies. He was born in 1990, in Jharkhand, India. Rupesh Verma is well-known for being a vocalist who didn’t take any professional training. He did his schooling from Ranchi. Rupesh Verma was very fond of singing since his childhood. His motivation was his mother, Smt Shanti Devi, who herself was a singer. She used to teach him. He always looked her as an inspiration. He used to take part in singing competition held at local fairs, and school. He was well-known for his voice in the entire town. He won many prizes at singing competitions too. Rupesh Verma started his career when he visited Mumbai. He started as a vocalist in Jingles.

He recorded a jingle for a famous newspaper, ‘Dainik Bhaskar’. He also lends his voice to many Hindi albums. Some of them are “Rishte (the eternal bond of love), Sai Bhajan, and Ganpati Vandana. He did many video albums in different languages like Bangla, Kannada, Nagpuri, and Punjabi. His work is famous in the South Indian Movies. He worked as a playback singer in many Telugu and Kannada movies. Apart from movies he also gave backup vocals in many Hindi serials on Sab TV, Colors, Star Plus, Sahara One, and much more. He also sang the title track of Magic Boy which used to telecast on POGO Channel.

In 2015, he worked as a playback singer for the album “Aj Ka Fashion Trend,” directed by Lava Kumar S.R., The lyrics of the songs were written by Kishan Paliwala.
