Jayant Sankla is a singer, music producer and a composer. Jayant started his music career in Bollywood in 2018. He got recognition due to his work in the film, Coat. Jayant Sankla who belongs from Delhi, started learning music from a very young age. He performed in front of a live audience for the first time in PGDAV College, University of Delhi where he was pursuing his studies. He soon dropped out from college and went to study music at GMI. Around this time, Sankla was offered to compose music for the movie, Narayan. Jayant is trained in the Hindustani Music from the renowned Rampur Sahaswaan Gharana.
He is also an expert in the field of western music. He started producing music for commercials from the commercial of Sprite where he worked along with the famous duo of Salim and Sulaiman in 2013. He has also composed and produced music for other commercials like, FICCI Cascade’s Shapath, FSSAI’s Good News, Oleev Oil’s Mom Warrior, etc. He has also produced his work in different movies like Narayan, Baghpat ka Dulha, and The Wallet. Apart from working in the film industry, Jayant has also worked with Pravesh in a music band, Aayudh. He has also worked with several brands and created various jingles.
