Vijeta Pandit (Vijayta Pandit ) is a playback singer and actress in Hindi cinema. Vijeta is also the sister of yesteryear singer-cum-actress Sulakshana Pandit and music composer Jatin-Lalit. She made her debut in Bollywood with ‘ Love Story’ opposite Kumar Gaurav (1981). She was the discovery of actor, and filmmaker Rajendra Kumar, who had cast him opposite his son Kumar Gaurav and the film, became a blockbuster. During making of the film, she also developed an off-screen relationship with Gaurav and wanted to settle down with him. But their love story ended due to family tensions, and she was heart-broken.

Vijeta had a girl next-door image and her giggles on the screen used to charm the viewers. After ‘Love Story’ was a success, she turned down many film offers that came to her thinking she would get settled with Gaurav. Later, she returned to acting with Mohabbat (1985) with Anil Kapoor, which was again a hit. She also acted in a Bengali Amar Sangi (1987) along with Prasenjit directed by Sujit Guha. jeta tied her knot with Sameer Malkan in 1986 and later they filed divorce and got separated. Vijeta then got re-married with music composer Aadesh shrivastava in 1990. They had two sons, namely Anivesh and Avitesh. Aadesh recently passed away as he was suffering from cancer. Like her sister Sulakshana Pandit, Vijeta has also sung for films like Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar which hit screens in the year 1992, then came Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa in 1993, Saazish during 1998, Dev 2004 and Chingari 2005.

Aaadesh wanted his sons to become Heros on screen. But his first son is already a noted music director who composes songs in English language. Vijeta has good friends in Bollywood like Alka Yagnik, Sunidhi Chouhan, Juhi Chawla, Poonam Dhillon. Vijeta will now work to see that her sons become a hero so that Aadesh’s dream gets fulfilled.

Celina Jaitly was a model who eventually changed her course to acting. Born to a Punjabi Army Colonel V. K Jaitly and an Afghan psychologist Meeta in Shimla district of Himachal Pradesh, Jaitly had the opportunity to study in multiple schools, City Montessori School being one of them. Although she wanted to work as a doctor or pilot in Indian Army, modelling happened to her at a very young age. She has a brother who serves as Army personnel in Indian Army.  She married Peter Hogg based in Dubai in the year 2011. They are the parents to two little twin sons Winston and Viraaj, who were born in March 2012. Celina had received the title of Femina Miss India Universe in the year 2001 and had also been the fourth runner-up of Miss Universe Pageant in the same year. She commenced her journey in the entertainment industry by being a part of the music video launched by Bombay Vikings and in 2001, her presence in the video “Oh Kehri” by Jazzy B got much recognition. Her first break in Bollywood was with Janasheen directed by Feroz Khan. Her second performance opposite Sunny Deol in Khel failed to impress the audience. However, Jaitly has taken up a challenging role through Silisiilay under the direction of Khalid Mohammed, which received many praises. Her ventures Tom, Dick and Harry, Golmaal Returns, No Entry, Apna Sapna Money Money, Accident, Paying Guest, and Thank You have received average ratings from the critics. She took up Love Has No Language to be her first International break. Red: The Dark Side was another film which featured her that was directed by Vikram Bhatt.  This film gave her the opportunity to play the lead. Although the movie flopped, Jailtly’s performance got appreciation. She has also performed in some Kannada and Telugu films like Suryam. Apart from films, Celina is a powerful activist supporting the backward sections of the LGBT community and the gay community who are being ill-treated in the society. She pursues her modelling profession by endorsing in brands like Jashn, Ponds, Ayur and others.

She took birth in a Tamil Urdu speaking Muslim family on 3 February 1938, in Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu.Her dream was to become a successful doctor but due to circumstances of illness, she dropped this goal. But her parents were too supportive to her debut on silver screen. From the very childhood, she started learning dance forms, especially in the Bharata Natyam dance form. She made her debut into the Telugu industry via two films 'Jayasimha' (1955) and 'Rojulu Marayi'(1955). She also had a film made in Tamil called 'Kalam Mari Pochu'. All these films were a hit, but she got recognition from the song Eruvaaka Sagaroranno Chinnanna from Rojulu Marayi. At the success party of Rojulu Marayi, Guru Dutt observed her and presented her a film titled CID. she had one of the best debuts into the industry and after watching her performance in CID, this made Guru Dutt to cast her in five films more. She got hit films like Pyaasa, Full Moon by Guru Dutt but after a alleged affair with Guru Dutt which resulted in the breakage of his marriage they both parted ways. She then shared the screen space with Dev Anand in many hit films which include CID (1956), Solva Saal (1958), Kala Bazar(1960), Baat Ek Raat Ki (1962) and Guide (1965). She gave a lot of hit films to the industry after that. But it was the film Guide which gave her the recognition as a wonderful and talented actress for which she received the Best Actress Filmfare Award for her role in Guide. She also received Filmfare Best Actress Award for Neel Kamal and National Award for Reshma Aur Shera. She also acted in commercial films like Ram Aur Shyam and Patthar ke Sanam which gave her huge success at the box office, but it was the film Khamoshi with Rajesh Khanna which became her career's biggest hit film. She married to Shashi Rakhi(screen name - Kamaljit) on 27th April 1974. Kamaljit was a businessman and earlier tried his luck into the industry. After the marriage, she opted out from the acting line and started to give attention towards her cereal brand and moved to Bangalore. She was blessed with two children, a son named Sohail and a daughter named Kashvi. But when her husband became ill and died in 2000 she again moved to Mumbai and started to act in films. Now she mostly plays the role of elderly woman and appeared in 9 films as an elderly woman. She is a close associate of former actress Nanda.
