Sophia Mirza

She is a Pakistani model, actress and an anchor. Sophia was born in Pakistan on 23rd March 1983. After completing her schooling in Okara, she did FSC pre-medical. Her mother dreamt of her to become a doctor. However, Mirza decided to join modelling and acting. During her career, she did not neglect her studies and completed her graduation in Journalism. She began working at Perl Continental Lodging. After working hard for almost five months, she was boosted to Guest Relation’s Office. She also holds a degree in LLB.

Her hobbies and interests include learning new languages. Also, she likes to be aware of the current issues of her country. She started her career at a young age and became a well-known face and celebrity in Pakistan. She joined media and started her career from modelling. She has worked in various fields of showbiz, modelling, acting and anchoring.

Also, she was the brand ambassador for many multinational brands like ‘Mobilink Jazz’, ‘Lux Shower Gel’, ‘ Pepsi, ‘Ponds’, ‘Sunsilk’, ‘Lipton’, ‘Rose Petal’, ‘Nestle’, ‘Tetra Pack’, etc. As an anchor, she has hosted the show “Samaa Kay Mehmaan with Sophia Mirza” on Samaa TV. Her modelling ventures include the cover shoot for magazines like “SHE”, “Daily Times”, “FAQ”, “Women Zone” and many other magazines.

Her work was not limited to her nation; it was worldwide. With her simple yet glamorous looks and acting skills, she has pocketed many awards. She was awarded the ‘Best Actress PTV Awards’ and ‘Best Actress Hum TV Awards’. She also won the ‘International Women Award’ for Best Model.
