Shazahn Padamsee is an Indian actress who appears in Telugu, Hindi and Tamil movies. She was born in 1987 in France, to Alyque Padamsee and Sharon Padamsee. She used to present stage shows in France. With the interest in acting, she made her debut into Hindi film industry with Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year, which was released in 2009. Her performance was acclaimed by critics in Madhur Bhandarkar’s love story Dil Toh Baccha Hai ji. After this movie, she signed for one Telugu and one Tamil movie. The coincidence is that both the films were released on same day! She played the character of Anu, in her Tamil movie Kanimozhi and Roopa in her Telugu movie Orange. Apart from the movies mentioned, she appeared in two more movies till date. They are Houseful 2: The Dirty Dozen in Hindi language and Masala in Telugu language. She is often praised as Barbie doll for her appearance. Though she appeared in several commercials, movies and TV shows, being concentrated on her modeling career, Shazahn is away from films now.

Sharmila Tagore is a Bengali actress, who later shifted to the Hindi film industry, who was born on 8th December, 1944. Apart from being an actress, she stood as a member of Indian Film Censor Board for seven years. She was also chosen as UNICEF Goodwill ambassador from India. On the other hand, she was one of the jury members of Cannes Film Festival, 2009. She was recognized by the Government of India with the third highest civilian award of India, Padma Bhushan. She was familiar with her screen name Begum Ayesha Sultana. She is related to Rabindranath Tagore from her parental ancestors. She debuted her film career with under the direction of Satyajit Ray in the movie Apur Sansar, which was released in 1959. After the release, she took five more years to appear in her second movie. She was married to Mansur Ali Khan Pataudi on 27th December, 1969. Mansur Ali Khan was the Nawab of Pataudi and the former captain of Indian Cricket team. With marriage, she converted to Islam and rechristened herself as Ayesha Sultana. She had three children with Masur Ali, who are the actors Saif Ali Khan, Saba Ali Khan and Soha Ali Khan. Mansur Ali Khan is one of the co-founders of Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and worked as the administrator in the early days of BCCI. After the demise of her husband, in November 2012, Ayesha requested BCCI to recognize the upcoming cricket series between England and India to name after her husband. Thought she is from Bengal, she appeared mostly in Hindi movies. On the other hand, she has also appeared in a Marathi movie called Samaantar. She was active as an actor from 1595 till 1984 and from 1990 till 2010. She was the first Indian actress to appear in Bikini in 1967, for her English movie An Evening in Paris. She appeared in Aradhana, Amar Prem, Maalik, Gulzar etc. She acted opposite to Rajesh Khanna and they stood as a hit pair, counting six box office hits. She was awarded and honored with several awards in state, national and international levels. Commander of the Order of Arts and Letters of France in 2004 and Outstanding Achievement in Indian cinema — Floriana IIFA Awards, Toronto in 2011 were her honors in the international reputation. She won two National Film Awards in 1976 and 2004. She won two Filmfare awards in 1969 and 1997 and the list continues.
