Saranya Nag

Saranya Nag is an Indian actress who works in Tamil films. Though she is of Telugu origin, she was born and brought up in Tamil Nadu. She finished her UG from Durga Matriculation and Higher Secondary School, Kodambakkam. The film OruvarthaiVesu also was keen on having Saranya as the main lead, but then that film was never made. Thiruvasagam was invigorated in 2013, and its title was changed to Eera Veyyil.

The film Mazhai Kaalam was much in the news because Saranya would appear in a nude avatar. Later she clarified that she had worn a skin colour dress, and the scene was shot decently. But it was her first solo performance film opposite newcomer Sriram. In 2013, she appeared in two Telugu films Prema Oka Maikam. Her upcoming films include RettaiVaalu and EeraVeyil.
