She stands by her husband, even after their separation and says that she is yet to come across as genuine a person as Kalyan, who is honest and wants the good of the society. One of the most genuine, humble, caring people, she goes on to say that whatever happened in their personal lives, is what only they both know, and no one else is allowed to comment on that.

From their marriage, they have two kids, one son named Akira and Aadhya. She says that motherhood comes to her naturally and that when she was 19, she wanted a house full of children.
