Nadira Babbar, is a renowned and extremely talented theatre actress in India. She was born on 20th January, in the year 1948 in Mumbai. Her upbringing implemented an entrenched culture into her. From the role of ‘Desdemona’ to ‘Sauteli Ma’ she had performed all her characters with equal competency and zeal. Some of her best-known roles are ‘Dali’, in ‘Jasma Odhan’, ‘Abbie’ in ‘Desire Under the Elms’, ‘’ in ‘Sandhya Chhaya’.
