Inayat Sood

Inayat Sood is an Indian actress, model, and writer in the Bollywood film industry from Mumbai, Maharashtra. She was born on 5 August in Chandigrah, India to parents Naveen Sood and Anubha Sood. She has a brother, Mokshat Sood. She attended the Carmel Convent School in Chandigarh and recieved a Bachelor of Arts in English Honors in English Language and Literature from Miranda House, Delhi University. Besides that, Social Communications Media (SCM) in Communication and Media Studies at Sophia College for Women in South Mumbai. She was a Staff Writer at ScoopWhoop in 2015 and then worked on The Minor Project for Leher India x UNICEF India in 2020. In 2023, she became a writer for The Lab Mag. Her debut feature film was ‘De De Pyaar De,’ starring Ajay Devgn and Tabu. Although, she romanticised staying in Mumbai, the city soon took a toll on her and she started feeling lonely and anxious. In 2021, her mental health improved and she began working as a writer and got her first job for the Web series Kali Peeli Tales, shot in Tadoba, Maharashtra. She has worked in the TV series Scoop in 2023, Feels Like Home in 2022, Kaali Peeli Tales in 2021 and the films Tigers, Raat Baaki Baat Baaki which was her debut short film. She has drastically grown her career with time and she aspires to reach an even greater height of success.
