Antara Mali was born on 1st July 1979 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She is a very popular Bollywood film actress and she acted in many hit movies. Her father Jagdish Mali is a very prominent cinematographer of Bollywood film industry and a good photographer as well. She got married to in the year 2009 and she has been active in the film industry right from the year 1998 until the present.

Her debut Hindi movie got released in the year 1998, which was not a hit, but then her next movie as a heroine in the Telugu film industry compensated the flop of her previous movie. She acted further in many movies which were average and could not make it up to the Box office collection. She gave a break to acting in the year 2005 and after which she came back in the movie And Once Again.

She is a very dedicated actress whose performance is phenomenal. She has a girl child, who was born in 2012 and felt not to share her personal affairs with the world. She is such a talented and promising star who adored a lot in making good films. As a result, people liked her performances in the movies that she acted. She emerged out to be one of the popular actresses at that part of time and made a splendid mark in the Bollywood film industry.

She acted in a Malayalam movie, namely Ayyappantamma Neyyappam Chuttu and her role as Latha reached a huge accreditation. She also graduated herself from the level of an actress to that of a director. This is not an easy attempt to be made by any actresses. She made her first movie as a director quite successfully. The name of the movie was Mr Ya Miss and moreover, she worked as a story writer for the movie.
