Saheb Das Manikpuri is a famous Indian actor born in a village in the district of Hathband in Chhattisgarh. He moved to Mumbai to pursue further studies at a college near Hare Rama Hare Krishna Temple in Mumbai. Here, Saheb joined a theatre in 2004. He juggled his studies along with theatre. After a few years in theatre, in 2008, Saheb Das got the opportunity to appear in the longest-running television series in India- C I D (Crime Investigation Department). The popular crime-thriller series drama has a running span of twenty years. After this, Saheb Das landed a minor role in yet another long-running show titled “F.I.R.” Saheb Das Manikpuri has truly shown his talents and passion for acting through the numerous shows he has worked in.
Though he came to the big city scared and lost, he has made an impact in Hindi cinema with his witty and charismatic demeanour. Saheb brought the character of “Khiloni” to life in the sitcom May I Come in Madam? Apart from this, Saheb Das gives his best to whatever characters he portrays in his work. With a career spanning almost two decades, Saheb Das has starred in numerous productions, amongst which some notable ones include Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai! Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, Jijaji Chhat Par Hain, Blackmail, and many more.
