Mayur is an Indian actor. He resides in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Mayur has one younger sister Disha Vakani who is also an actress. Mayur shares a strong bond with his sister Disha. He is married and has a daughter. Mayur is famously known for his role in the serial “Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashmah” that airs on SAB TV every Monday to Friday. He plays the role of “Sundarlal” brother of “Daya Jethalal Gada”. His real life sister Disha Vakani plays Daya Jethlal character. In the show Daya is the elder sister of Sundarlal which is opposite of real life. Though he is playing a supporting role, he gained recognition through this serial. Taarak Mehta serial is based on an article published in a Gujarat magazine. Taarak Mehta is one of the funniest shows of all times of Indian television industry, and has completed 1500 episodes. The cast of the show including Mayur entertained the legend actor “Shahrukh Khan” and director “ Rohit Shetty” when they came on to the sets of serial for promotion of “ Chennai Express”.

Mayur spends quality time with his family in Ahmedabad and visits Mumbai for shooting. Disha in a conversation mentions her brother and explains their equation with each other. Disha says that Mayur is like her friend with whom she can share everything and get advices or suggestions. Apparently, the brother and sister pair used to fight a lot earlier, but now their relation is mature and understanding. Abhimanyu Singh is a popular Indian film and television actor who works extensively in the Bollywood industry. He was born in Patna, Bihar, India, and later moved to Delhi to attend college. He worked in some school dramas during college, until one day, he moved to Mumbai to pursue his acting career. The first two months of his stay in Mumbai was really tough for the actor, since he couldn’t get any decent roles and had to wait for the producers for long hours just to cast him in any good films. He took his chances and decided to do theatre. He joined the group, Ansh, headed by Makarand Deshpande, who became his acting guru. One day, he got a call from his co-actor, Manoj Bajpai, and told him that he will be casted in the Hindi supernatural thriller film, ‘Aks’, which stars Amitabh Bachchan in 2001. This film became his debut film as an actor. Later, he started doing films like ‘Lakshya’, in 2004, along with Konte Kurrallu, ‘Dhol’, and It’s Breaking News, in 2007. In 2008, he did the film, ‘Jannat’, but these films did nothing for his career. He earned popularity after donning the role of Rananjay Singh ‘Ransa’, a prince who neglected the beliefs of his father in the political crime drama film, ‘Gulaal’. His performance received positive responses and he also earned nomination for Best Supporting Actor at the IIFA Awards. He also got the Best Breakthrough Performance at the Stardust Awards. He has done films like Rakta Charitra, Accident on Hill Road, and The Film Emotional Atyachar. Later, he did more films, which helped him in becoming a more established actor.  In 2013, he played the role of Meghji, the brother of Ram (played by Ranveer Singh), and the head of Rajadi, in the box office romantic drama film, Goliyon Ki Raasleela: Ram-Leela. He was starred as Chillam Pehlwan in the Bollywood film, Global Baba. This film, which was released in December 2014, is all about the life of Chillam who has a criminal background, but became a self-proclaimed baba. He has thousands of devotees who come to him and believe that he can do something for all of them. In 1999, he bagged a role in one of the episodes of the television series, Star Bestsellers, opposite Farooque Shaikh. In 2012, he was starred in the television drama series, Upanishad Ganga, where he played 33 different characters such as Lord Krishna, Narendra, Lord Indra, Sutradhar and more. Imran Khan is an Indian film actor, who is famous in the Hindi film industry. His real name is Imran Pal and he was born on January 13, 1983 to Anil Pal and Nuzhat Khan at Madison, Wisconsin in U.S.A. His father is a Hindu Bengali while her mother is a Muslim. Imran is the nephew of the popular actor and director, Aamir Khan and Mansoor Khan. He is also the grandson of Nasir Hussain who also came from the same industry. When his parents had a divorced in year 2006, he moved to Mumbai together with her mother. Imran studied at Bombay Scottish School where he developed a disorder called stammering due to caning. The actor stated that he got failing grades because of his inability to deal with his environment. He was anxious and obtained facial tics. Because of this, his parents decided to transfer him to another school. He studied in Blue Mountain School, a boarding school located at Coonor, Tamil Nadu. It was a very extraordinary experience for him when the school principal decided to start his own school. They followed him in Gurukula or Gurukul in a jungle located in Ooty. There is no electricity there and they washed their clothes in a stream; they also need to grew their own food so they can eat. He admitted that all his experiences made him independent and he used to being alone. Later, he moved to his father’s place in Sunnyvale, California. He went to Fremont High School and upon graduation, he aims to become a film director. The actor then moved to Los Angeles and took a degree in filmmaking in a branch of New York Film Academy. When he finished his degree, his journey in advertising and market research started. In the long run, he came back to Mumbai and took a formal training at Kishore Namit Kapoor Acting Institute to become an actor. During his training at Kishore’s, he started networking and met Abbas Tyrewala, a film storywriter and director and offer him to bag the main lead role in the romantic comedy film, Jaane Tu…Ya Jaane Na in 2008. The film became a box-office success, earning about ?830 Million internationally and his performance was appreciated by the critics and he was called as ‘The Best Young Actor’ by Rajeev Masand. He also got the Best Male Debut award at the 54th Filmfare Awards. Later, he was starred in the Bollywood thriller film, Kidnap by Sanjay Gadhvi. Despite the film has become a box office, it failed commercially. Later, he donned the role of Kabir Sharma, the kidnapper in the film. Though he was hesitant to do the film at first, his portrayal was well received by the critics. In 2009, he played as Ram Mehra in the Hindi action film, Luck by Soham Shah. This time, his performance was not accepted well by the critics and they stated that his performance has lacked the charm compared to his previous appearances. He got few offers after the films, Kidnap and Luck failed. In 2010, film director, Karan Johar offer him to become the lead in the romantic comedy film, I Hate Luv Storys. He played as Jai Dhingra, a Casanova who doesn’t believe in love. The film was a major success, earning about ?725.2-Million and gained mix reviews by the critics. In the same year, he played the main lead role as Abhay Gulati the romantic dramedy film, Break Ke Baad opposite with Deepika Padukone. The film earned ?180-Million but it has been reported that the film failed commercially.  In 2011, he bagged the main lead role as Tashi Dorjee Lhatoo, a journalist in search for diamonds in the box-office black comedy film, Delhi Belly. Subsequently, from the same year, Imran was starred in another blockbuster romantic comedy film, Mere Brother Ki Dulhan along with Katrina Kaif and Ali Zafar. In 2012, the extravagant actor made another success in the comedy film, Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu opposite with Kareena Kapoor. The film was shot in Las Vegas and received positive reviews. In 2013, Imran was starred in the films, Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola, ‘Once Upon Ay Time in Mumbai Dobaara!’  and Gori Tere Pyaar Mein. The three films  became a major success. He also did major preparations for each film and even made an appearances in C.I.D, Qubool Hai and also in Punar Vivah. This year, Imran has done another romantic comedy film entitled, Katti Batti opposite with Kangana Ranaut.Besides being an actor, Imran is also a social activist who speaks for the Indian Society and young people.
