Benjamin Yangal hails from Dharavi, Mumbai, Maharashtra. He is an actor, emcee, rapper, and a lyricist. He is most famous for his role in the movie, Hichki, as one of Rani Mukherjee’s students. He also played a role in the Biswa Kalyan Rath’s series, Laakhon Mein Ek. He was born on 30th April 1998. He also has a nickname that everyone refers to, MC Benn. Coming to his education, Benjamin went to Ambedkar High School, then studied Commerce at Dr. Ambedkar College of Commerce and Economics, Wadala.
MC Benn is now an independent artist whose tracks are out on Spotify for everyone to listen to and appreciate. His latest track is one that is motivational and is called “Neend Se Tu Jaag,” which is available on Spotify. He also was a part of MTV promos, advertisements for Burger King, and more. He has even performed at various fests and gained popularity for his hip-hop songs.
His rap and his songs are mostly motivational, unity, and more like diss tracks, which he claims to be the “desi style” of rapping. His rap song dedicated to the Elphinstone stampede in Mumbai talks about how they all stand in unity even after such a horrific incident in the history of the city. He resides in Mumbai.
