Mrinalini Tyagi is an Indian model, anchor, television actress and presenter who bagged the pivotal role of Tejaswini Manav Deshmukh in the popular drama soap, on Zee TV. She is the daughter of Manav (played by ) and Archana (played by ) Tejaswini. Her character here is very outspoken and boyish. In 2010, she was also seen in the drama soap Do Saheliyaan…Kismat Ki Kathputaliyaan on Zee TV. From 2010 to 2011, she was roped in to play the role of Raashi Singhania, the sister of the main lead Arjun Singhania (played by ) in the second season of the famous, Kitani Mohabbat Hai 2 on NDTV Imagine. She was also featured on STAR One’s Rang Badalti Odhani.

Mrinalini Tyagi was born in year 1983 in Ghaziabad, Delhi. She studied at the Institute of Management Technology (IMT) in Delhi and took up Master of Business Administration in Human Resources. She joined and became a finalist in 2007’s Femina Miss India. Being a model, she does ramp shows in New Delhi and Mumbai with the top designers. She also worked as an HR Consultant for a year and a half, but destiny has something better in store for her. When she moved to Mumbai, she became a household name. She did a small scene in the romantic comedy film, I Hate Luv Storys in 2010. She also joined the reality show, The Fast and The Gorgeous on MTV India and hosted Showbiz on NDTV Imagine.

Mrinalini’s father is a doctor, while her mother is a teacher, which just shows that she belongs to a well educated family. Her parents are both cultured and broad minded and so, they supported Mrinalini in pursuing her dreams to become a model and an actress. She got married to Director Manan Modi in November 21, 2011. They’ve met when she joined the show, Banungi Main Miss India in 2007 and her husband was the director of the show. They fell in love and they now have a very happy and healthy married life. Mrinalinis’s other passion is driving. She also aims to become a successful and prominent ramp model. But after some time, she fed up and moved to Mumbai to pursue her acting career. She is a woman that is full of life. She loves to party and travel.

Mrinalini already tried her luck in both television and Bollywood; she has done many television shows but not as a lead actress; she usually does cameo roles and she have proven herself well enough.
