Amita Motwani

Amita Motwani is a former Mrs. India International winner. She was crowned in the year 2013, in Atlanta, USA, and went on to represent India at the prestigious Mrs. International contest in Chicago, USA, where she competed with more than 70 contestants from all across the world.

Motwani is a psychologist by profession. She was born in Bangalore and grew up in the same city. She married Piyush Motwani and then moved to Hyderabad. Currently, she resides in Indore as her husband got transferred to the city.

She is five feet. 8 inches tall and was born on 25th January. This beauty has a long list of academic credentials. Other than being a certified psychological counselor, she is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in English Literature. She completed her MA in English in 2000. She also has an MBA in HR.

At the Mrs. India contest, she won 4 sub-titles: Mrs. Beautiful Face, Mrs. Rampwalk, Mrs. Beautiful Smile, and Mrs. Beautiful Eyes. Even before winning the Mrs. India International crown, she won a number of other beauty pageants. She was crowned Miss Madhya Pradesh in 1994 in Indore. She also became the Kingfisher Face of Hyderabad in 2007, and Gladrags Mrs. India- Exotic- in 2008 in Mumbai.

After winning the pageant, she forayed into acting and modeling. She has featured in many romantic and comedy commercial movies, as well as short films and ad films. The actress has even hosted many corporate and live shows.

She has successfully maintained a perfect work-life balance. She is a doting mother.

She was associated with many NGOs in Hyderabad, where she conducted psychological sessions for ill patients. She continues with her philanthropic initiatives to bring a change in the society.

Amita dreams of setting up a finishing school in Hyderabad, where she plans to train potential beauty queens.
