'Sabyasachi Mukherjee' was an individual is an Indian fashion designer from Kolkata. He was born in 1974, into a Bengali family, which was idle class where he had a sister who was seven years younger than him.
He wanted to study at The National Institute of Fashion Technology, but since his parents didn’t approve of this plan, he funded his admission by selling of books. He opened his own workshop after graduating from the institute, which was where he started his initial career.
He now uses the name Sabyasachi to sell his designer merchandise.
Sabyasachi Mukherjee is a member of the Fashion Design Council of India and he has also been fortunate enough to be the youngest member of the board of directors in The National Museum of Indian Cinema. He is the fashion designer who has designed many different costumes for Bollywood movies and some of these movies can be named as Guzaarish, Babul, then in Laaga Chunari Mein Daag, in the film Ravan and furthermore in the film named as
as well. He has a design philosophy named as 'Personalized imperfection of the human hand’ and he is said to use very unique and unusual fabrics in his designs with vibrant colors as well so that the attraction is more.
