Shloka Mehta

Shloka Mehta is an entrepreneur born to Russell Mehta and Mona Mehta in Mumbai on 11th July 1990. Russell is a diamond merchant who runs the business Rosy Blue Diamonds and owns the diamond retail brand Orra. Mona is a jewelry designer. Besides the diamond business, Russell and his family are involved in real estate, media, retail trade, and financial services. Shloka went to Dhirubhai Ambani International School. Shloka went to the US for her higher studies and completed her degree in anthropology at Princeton University. Then, she joined the London School Of Economics and Political Science and did her Master’s degree.

Shloka has two siblings: an elder brother Viraj and Diya, the younger sister. Viraj works with his father, and Diya is a fashion consultant. Viraj is married to Nisha Sheth, who is from the Great Eastern Shipping family. Diya is married to Ayush Jatia, the Hardcastle Restaurants’ owner, Amit Jatia’s son. Hardcastle Restaurants is the Indian franchise of McDonald’s. Diya is the childhood friend of Isha Ambani, the twin sister of Akash Ambani.

Shloka is one of the Directors at Rosy Blue Diamonds, her father’s business organization. She is also the co-founder of an online community, Connect For. This community connects the volunteers with social organizations and NGOs to perform social work.
