Steven studied at Christ Church School and later attended Xavier Institute of Mass communication. He has extensive skills in research, management, film direction, and media skills training. From 2003 – 2005, he worked as a freelance Editor in the Indian Motion Pictures and as a VFX supervisor the following year. He also worked as a Director for Kainos Studios and founded the Kainos Editing & VFX Academy.

Steven developed his passion for Editing during his childhood. He used to collect all the footages of the programs and shows in their building and put it on a VCR. Then he would borrow another VCR from his friend to transfer what he thinks is useful. Though he doesn’t know that this process is called Editing, it then became his passion. He admires Hollywood film Editor, Michael Kahn, who usually edits Steven Spielberg’s films.

Someone printed a book in April this year and went on claiming that the movie copied from their paperback. Also, about Vyas’ short film, how can he feasibly make a complete characteristic flick from a 20-minute small picture? However, all these things occurred in 2016, and his script listed in 2014. So, there is no problem of deception.

Sanjay Sankla is an Indian film editor who is known for his work in ‘ Kabhi Kushi Kabhie Gham’ (2001), ‘ Kal Ho Naa Ho’ (2003), ‘ Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ (1998), ‘Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna’ (2006), ‘Race Of Hearts’ (2008). Sankla's debut movie as an editor was ‘Dil Hai Ki Manta Nahin’ (1991), an Indian Hindi film. In 1993, his editing was seen in ‘Sir’, ‘Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke’, and ‘Gumrah. He worked in ‘Criminal’ (1995), ‘Angaaray’ (1998), ‘Jaanwar’ (1999), ‘ Yeh Hai Mumbai Meri Jaan’ (1999). In 1999, he made contributions in post-production for the motion picture ‘Aarzoo’, starring Akshay Kumar, Madhuri Dixit, Saif Ali Khan, Paresh Rawal, Amrish Puri, and Reema Lagoo, which was directed by Lawrence D'Souza. He worked with Karan Johar in motion pictures ‘Kabhi Kushi Kabhie Ghum’ (2001), Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998), Kal Ho Naa Ho (2003), and Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna (2006). In 2004, he won a Screen Weekly Award for his acting in Kal Ho Naa Ho, a 2003 Indian romantic drama, directed by Nikkhil Advani, for which he was selected for Zee Cine Awards. In 2005, Sankla appeared in the promo of ‘ Kaal’, a Bollywood natural horror film directed by Soham Shah which was jointly produced by Karan Johar and Shah Rukh Khan. He has worked in around 50 films such as ‘Talaash: The Hunt Begins’ (2003), ‘Kaun Hai Jo Sapno Mein Aaya’ (2004), ‘Kyun! Ho Gaya Na...’ (2004), ‘Lucky: No Time For Love’ (2005), ‘A Sublime Love Story: Barsaat’ (2005), ‘Deadline: Sirf 24 Ghante’ (2006), ‘Nanhe Jaisalmer: A Dream Come True’ (2007), ‘Hastey Hastey Follow Your Heart’ (2008), ‘Khushboo: The Fragrance Of Love’ (2008), ‘Daddy Cool: Join The Fun’ (2009), ‘Ronde Sare Vyah Picho’ (2013). His editing was seen in ‘ All Is Well’ (2015), directed by Rohit Shetty, Great Grand Masti (2016), a ghastly drama directed by Indra Kumar, ‘ Anna’, and ‘Kisan Baburao Hazare’ (2016).
