He is a member of the Indian Council For Cultural Relations, Advisory Board Member, Marathi Drama Sensor Board Govt. of Maharashtra, and Governing Council Member. He is also appointed as an examiner and paper setter for B.A. Drama of Hemachandracharya North Gujrath University. He also conducted residential workshops in Pune in the year 2017 and 2018. He also conducted a writing workshop in the year 2017 and 2018. He is also a visiting faculty in Pune. Nearly 5000 students got personal guidance through workshops and various theatre releated activities conducted by ‘Sneh Acdemy.’ It was founded in the year 1987 by Yogesh Soman.
