Prashant Passy Pilley is a film writer and director. He is also a producer and owns the production company Western Pacific Production Pvt. Ltd. Prashant was born on 4th September 1987 in Nagpur, Maharashtra and his star sign is Virgo. His father, Rajendra Pilley and his family adopted him from an orphanage. His father owned an electronic institute.
