Dilip Panda is an Indian film director, writer, and an editor. He is recognised for his works in the Bollywood and Odia film industry. He did contribute significantly to Hindi cinema but his works in the Odia films are much more recognised. As a director, Panda has worked on movies like Mental (2014), Hari Om Hari (2013), and Dhire Dhire Prema Hela (2009). Some of his other notable directorial works in films and movies include Criminal (2011), Dharma (2013), Lekhichi Naa Tora (2015), and Tiger (2016). Panda proved to be impeccable when it came to writing and editing. As far as his writing career goes, he mostly worked on screenplays and stories for different movies. He has worked on editing projects like Tu Thile Mo Dara Kahaku (2010) and Dhire Dhire Prema Hela (2009).
