’ which turned out to be her career's major break. She calls Samina as her mentor. In 2002, she joined Geo TV, for its first drama serial, ‘Umrao Jaan Ada’; wherein she assisted director, Rana Sheikh.
Later, Erum got transferred to Geo Entertainment and after three years, she resigned from the company, as a senior producer. In 2006, she worked as a head of ARY Digital channel'Â’s drama department till 2010.
Her commitment and dedication to direction and production made her launch a production company named Evolution Media House. It produced many telefilms and drama show for channels such as Hum TV, ARY and GEO. Erum is recognised as one of the most successful women in PakistanÂ’s media industry. She recently affiliated with BOL Network as a senior executive vice president.
