Inteha revolves around Falaknaz and her family. Sumbul Iqbal’s portrayed the role of Falak. Falak is a responsible and reliable daughter. She has a brother, Zaeem and who is irresponsible and carefree, and a younger sister, Shehwa. Zaeem is more interested in singing and aspires to be a singer. Falak is the one who is taking care of her father’s business. Falak makes all critical decisions in the family, even the future of the younger siblings. Zaeem doesn’t like this dominating nature of Falak.

Falak's parents are family friends with Mr. and Mrs. Rafiq (Mahmood Akhter and Semi Pasha), and they want Falak to marry their younger son, Moid(Junaid Khan). Falak crosses paths with Dr. Sheheryar (Farhan Ali Agha). Brother-in-law of Moid. Dr. Sheheryar is periodically seen thinking about Falak despite being in a happy marriage. Falak is unaware of all of these. When her mother approaches her about marrying Moid, she declines, stating that she can't leave her father because he needs her help with the business right now. Due to her mother's pressure, she agrees to the marriage but adds that she wants a man with a strong character and self-assurance. Moid shares an extremally opposite character of Falak. Moid has a positive outlook on life and supports his brother in their business rather than taking the lead. Additionally, he has a secret crush on Falak. The story narrates how their life takes a turn after getting married.
