Doris Dey

Doris Dey is an Indian director. She is also a writer, as well as a producer. Most of her work can be seen in the Hindi Television Industry.

She is born and brought up in the city of Guwahati, a pretty modern city that comes under the North-Eastern Indian state. Assam. She has completed doing her studies and has done her Master’s in the subject of History with honors. From her childhood, she was trained in classical dancing, poetry, music, and various other side arts.

And that was just the start, after which she went on to do many shows for Balaji Telefilms like Kahiin Toh Hoga, Kyuki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kkusum and various others. After some time, she decided to step out of the company. She then joined Cinevistaas for short while as a Concept Head. She then had gone up to develop numerous amount of shows as a freelancer.

After this, she had again joined back, Balaji Telefilms. When she joined back they launched shows like Bade Achche, Pavitra Rishta One of the popular Hindi serials, Pavitra Rishta >> Read More... , Tere liye, and various other shows. She has also worked and done shows with other companies like Shreya Creations, Panglosean Entertainment, Hats Off Production, Cinevistaas and some others. With Hats Off Production, she wrote some episodes for Choti Si Zindagi.
