He has completed his schooling from Arya High School, Phagwara and his higher education from Doaba College, Jalandhar, Ramgarhia Polytechnic Phagwara and Punjabi University, Patiala. His spouse’s name is Kulvinderkaur Rall with whom he has two children- Hersh Rall and Manali Rall. He is a resident of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
