Aniruddh Iyer

Anirudh Iyer is an Indian filmmaker and director. He is from a south Indian family and was born and brought up in Mulund, Mumbai. From the very beginning, he was fascinated by the idea of people inside the TV or behind the screen, which is why he decided to make these movies on his own. One of the first films that motivated him to become a director was Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge. He convinced his family to let him follow his dream, and later he started working with corporate films. Anirudh Iyer is a Bollywood director, photographer, and editor who began his career making corporate films for companies like Cinthol and Godrej. He was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Anirudh graduated from the University of Mumbai with a bachelor's in mass communication and media. The director assisted Aanand L Rai on Zero and Tanu Weds Manu Returns. He worked as a video editor and writer for Logically, where he developed YouTube scripts. He also worked for Dia Mirza's production company, Born Free Entertainment. An Action Hero is his first directorial effort, produced under his banner, Colour Yellow Production. He works as a Video Producer for Insights.
