Abhimanyu Mishra

Abhimanyu Mishra is a Bollywood director. He is known for the movie Silver Gandhi. The movie made a record with 30 prestigious National and International Awards, including the Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival Award 2021. He has done various works like the award-winning Hindi feature film Two Desires and a Dream, and Rangdari. He wrote and co-directed the docudrama The History of Tea in 2021. It won 13 National and International awards, including the Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival Award 2021 and the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Film Festival Award 2021. He has also written more than 100 songs for Hindi feature films. Abhimanyu studied at Fergusson College in Pune. He graduated from the Film and Television Institute of India and Delhi University. He has pursued a Masters in International Relations and Affairs from Savitribhai Phule Pune University.

Abhimanyu began his career as a copy group head at Everest Brand Solutions. He later worked at DDB Mudra Group as a senior copywriter. Abhimanyu was the creative director at TBWA, after which he worked at Everest Brand Solutions as an associate creative director. He was then the creative director at McCann Erikson. He became the branding consultant at MDP BElife in 2009. Abhimanyu is the chief creative officer and co-founder of Vishaka Communications. It is one of the biggest advertising film production companies in India. He was the co-director of over 300 television commercials for popular brands in over six companies.
