If her foundation comes from FTII, her growth eventually comes after working with Ravi K Chandran.

She believes that there is a lot of exposure to her job in the post-production process. She believes in a good script, best production house and then good actors cast is the basic requirement to handle photography.   Basically, she did her master’s degree from Indraprastha College, New Delhi where she had learned a bit of cinematography but it was in FTII Pune, she learned about the course in detail. According to Neha, a cinematographer has one hundred thoughts in their mind after going through the locales but she has to manage with the script given by the director. It was the first time that she used Sony, else she generally uses the ARRI Alexa. She wanted to give real space to the subject and did not want to make the film real glossy which she did in Yash Chopra’s banner.
