Mudassar Khan trained Shivam and he was in his team called “Mudassar Ki Mandali.” Amruta Khanvikar and Sahil Khattar were the hosts of the show. He was praised a lot for his Lavani performances. Shivam was born in Jalgaon, Maharashtra and always made sure that he spread the art of dance in his native place too. For this, he took many workshops and organized various dance camps there. Shivam also participated in a Marathi dance reality show named 2MAD: Maharashtra Asal Dancer on the channel Colors Marathi. This show was a life-changing experience. Twelth of April, 2017 came as a great success and he won this reality show, and gained immense popularity throughout Maharashtra and in the country.

He started with different workshops in the country and worked with Gladiator dance classes for the same. He went to Rajasthan tonk, dhulliya, and Nanddurbar to take dance workshops. In Nand durbar he trained little kids in the art form. Shivam worked with Appex dance Academy in Surat and taught the students. He was also the one to teach The Jalgaon womaniya Group. Shivam performed at various events, festivals and dance shows. With being associated with Zee for years, He did a show in Pachora for Zee Talent which was a huge success. He is known for the Lavani dance form and takes Lavani workshops at specific intervals. The prestigious moment in his life was when he went to his school R.R Vidyalaya as a brand ambassador for Lokmat Bal Vikas Munch. He said that it was his dream to perform in his school.
