Priyanka Valecha

Priyanka Valecha is an Oriental and fusion belly dance artist of Bollywood. She was born on 30th July 1987, New Delhi, India. From childhood said she was always fascinated about Dance ,and her dancing journey started when she started doing Bharatanatyam in school. Bharatnatyam classes were compulsory for students to attend, so it leads Priyanka Valecha to learn all of the Bharatanatyam. Priyanka Valecha and her friends always used to choreograph a different dance for school annual functions or farewells. She was very interested in dancing, and for keeping it as a career option for her, she joined Jazz at Ashley Lobi’s Dance work.

For five years, she was trained under the guidance of professional dancers, and then she took a break of 2 months to explore more about Individual dance styles. After some days one of my friend suggested had to do belly dancing and enlightened her with the ongoing Belly Dance classes in Delhi. She was very much impressed by the style of this dancing form, and she thought that it is one of a kind of dance form by which she was able to explore her dancing skills. She also learned different dance style forms along with Belly dancing such as Kathak, Odissi contemporary, poping.

She is also trained in various kinds of belly dancing such as Moria Chappel, Dalila of Cairo, Khaled Mahmoud,Mohamed Kazafy, Mona Mustafa,Lubna Emam,Colleena Shakti, Marwa And Tuna,Sajeeva Hurtado and many more. She has achieved a lot in the field of dance. She was once featured in India’s Got Talent Khoj 2 in 2010 while being associated with the Banjara School of Dance. She also took part in the reality show Entertainment Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega in 2011.

She shared the stage with Meher Malik in Just Dance Just dance was a dance reality show aired on Star >> Read More... 2011 Finale and comedy circus (2011)with the support of Banjara School of Dance. She also performed in the Nile festival Cairo(Egypt) 2011 alongside the Banjara school of dance. She performs both Egypt alien dance traditional and fusion belly dance. She is that she was played the art of belly dance all over the world and then it will not only be limited to the women ,but also men would do it.
